We provide local search engine optimisation, Google Business Profile optimisation, web design and lead capture services for businesses, primarily across the Fylde Coast and Lancashire.
Our initial growth review of your public online presence is free and carries no obligation. Nothing on this website is a binding quotation, and no charge arises unless you agree to a written proposal.
All work is delivered under a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, timescales and payment terms for your project. Where these terms conflict with your written agreement, your agreement takes precedence.
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care and to professional standards, and we maintain professional indemnity insurance. Search results depend on factors outside our control — including search engine algorithms, competition and changes to your own website — so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales outcomes.
Your website, domain name, Google Business Profile and marketing accounts remain yours. Where we create materials for you, ownership of those materials transfers to you on full payment, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the services is limited as set out in your written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
